Dr. Rodney Goodyear is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Redlands and one of the most influential scholars in the history of clinical supervision research. He received the APA Distinguished Career Award for Education and Training in recognition of his lifetime contributions.
Dr. Goodyear has authored and edited major texts in supervision and counselor education, and his conceptual models have become foundational references in training programs worldwide.
